Hotel as a whole is recently renovated and extremely convenient, I appreciated it.
The hotel is clean and fairly large, has wonderfully helpful staff and convenient location near the town centre. Its rooms are well decorated with a huge TV screen, nespresso machine and a big balcony as advertised. The outdoor restaurant for dinner is what you need.

The hotel was relaxing and clean, it had good wi-fi, its location was amazing on the attractions of the area. Location: the venue was close enough to the train station and the Gornergrat Bahn in the older part of the village.

Brand-new, big size room with a separate bathroom and slippers and dressing gowns. Great beds, perfect after a long day in Zermatt. Perfect position near the town centre.

the hotel was fairly clean, facilities were great, amazing location close enough to right next to the train station and on the main street and the bustling center of the beautiful town. the room was both immaculate and quiet with hair dryer and a balcony plus a huge tv screen. an outdoor restaurant for dinner was an advantage.
Didn't like the area, it was awful.

The location was fantastic, the staff were friendly and professional.
It was very noisy at night with people singing and shouting on the street at 2 AM and 4 AM and slamming doors and making noise in the corridor.

The hotel of choice in Zermatt. Excellent base for discovering Zermatt with efficient and knowledgeable staff like all other staff members. Nice pool, excellent location by the electric taxi. Also - next to Gornegrat, and reception areas. Early check in and late check out.
